Back in 1965, the famous brand came to life thanks to the genius of Emanuel Ungaro, a designer of Italian origins who had inherited the art of cutting and sewing from his esteemed father. After collaborating with masters such as Balenciaga and Courreges, Ungaro decided to create his own fashion house on Avenue Montaigne, in the heart of Paris: thus was born the fascinating world of Ungaro Paris.
